The Blues Collective Project
The Blues Collective RECORDS
This is a project to unite and promote unsigned independent Blues Bands and artists. To produce a compilation album of multiple artists and to distribute the album in an effort to gain maximum exposure for the artist, label, and magazine www.Blues-E-News.com. We will distribute these albums to our large list of select Blues Industry reps and radio program managers. Albums will also be made available to our magazine subscribers as a digital download.  There will be Two to Four Album Releases with multiple bands on each one. A poll will be taken with voting for the 6 best bands. Winners of the project will be invited to perform on a series of concerts called The Blues Party Tour as well as other prizes and opportunities TBA. Please fill out the form below for more information and/or to be considered for the project.
To be considered for this project, you must own the rights to your music and the recording. All music must be originals. NO covers, No exceptions! Music is not limited to Blues alone but must be blues influenced. Genre’s like Funk, Soul, R&B, Jazz, Rock, Zydeco and country will be considered but again, must be Blues influenced! Recordings must be ready to go. A saleable product! One to Two songs will be chosen from multiple artists. Approximately 1000 CD’s will be made and distributed.
The concept here is to ad exposure to the artists. If your band is chosen for the project you are among the Best of The Best! You will be given advertising space on our magazine. You will be eligible for future consideration of Festivals, concert tours, and events produced by Blues-E-News and its affiliates. Bands chosen for the Blues Collective will be entered into a end of year competition with additional prizes and opportunities TBA. All this in addition to bragging rights and exposure.
Please join our movement to promote Live Blues Music and share with your friends about this project and our magazine www.Blues-E-News.com!
